Women of UPR Law

“What can you say to us about the JD evening program in our law school and your impressions of it as a woman?”

“Well, the question ‘What am I doing here?’ has certainly been on repeat during this year in law school. The pressure to maintain a successful balance between a full time career and school can be overwhelming at times, but at the same time there’s that thrill of the challenge. Each day, more and more women are accepting this challenge to excel and be strong, influential, and respectable professionals. Just take a look at all the women in our class… We are ambitious and unapologetic for it. And this, is not only the reason why I’m here, it is something society better get used to.”
